There are always more ways to get involved at Burroughs…

Tutoring - Just an hour a week can change a Burroughs member's life! Our 5th-8th graders can use reading and math help. Sessions are held Monday or Wednesday from 6-7 pm. Your one-hour commitment each week will make a measurable difference. If you're ready to get started,

VITA (Volunteer Income Tax Assistance) - If you can use a computer (the square screen you are looking at right now!) then you can file income taxes for the families we serve. It is not difficult or scary at all! Sunday or Monday from January 15- April 10.

Homework Assistance - Got an extra hour or two between 3:00 & 5:30? Spend time with our members in the After School program & help with their homework…and with their self esteem!
