Programs/Classes for the Winter/spring 2013

Computer Center open-Instructor available. Monday 2-5pm and Sunday 2-6pm. Help with resumes, job searches, job applications and marketing for small businesses.

Beginners Boot Camp- Wednesdays at 5:45 PM to 6:45 PM. Instructor Jonell Hopkins.Jonell has a wealth of experience in getting people into shape. Couch potatoes welcome. $10 per class.

Needle Crafts Club -  1st Saturday of the month- If you have a project in process bring it to show.  10:30AM  to 1 PM. Learn and share with others.  Facilitated by Anne Watkins & Lizzy Rockwell. We have pieced together a community quilt which is ready to be put on a frame.  Come help with the quilting or bring your own needlework.  free

Yoga class:  Monday evenings  5:45 to 6:45 pm.   Hatha yoga class led by a certified Kripalu teacher.  Concentrates on  flexibility, balance, strength and stress reduction.  $10 per class.

Quick Start Language Center-Turoring and small conversational classes with a trilingual tutor-Renzo Kian.
